Small habits. Big clues. A whole lot of heart.

ABOUT

For years, I thought helping people meant sticking to the obvious — teeth cleanings, check-ups, good advice.
But over time, I realized there was a whole world happening beyond what we were trained to see.

I started noticing things.
Posture. Breathing patterns. Sleep struggles no one could quite explain.

That curiosity led me to myofunctional therapy — a field that felt like putting on glasses for the first time.
Everything sharpened.
Everything made sense.

And I knew right away:
I didn't just want to treat symptoms.
I wanted to help families understand their own stories — and change them for the better.

How I Got Here:

Why I'm Passionate:

This work became deeply personal after losing my mom — a woman whose strength and struggles shaped who I am today.
She lived with issues like clenching, grinding, and airway challenges that, back then, didn’t have clear answers.

Today, I think of her with every patient I meet.
Every time we help a child sleep deeper, breathe easier, or feel more at home in their body, it’s a quiet celebration of her story — and a new beginning for theirs.
